Client Policies

Booking, payment, and scheduling

Appointments are confirmed upon successful scheduling through the booking system.
Service availability, pricing, and offerings are subject to change without notice.
Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.
